5 Ingredient Philly Cheese Steak Roll-ups


2 lbs. ground beef
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
1/2 tsp. salt
9 slices provolone cheese
6 flour tortillas


Begin browning the meat in a skillet over medium high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. About 3/4 of the way through add the bell pepper and onions. Once the meat is cooked through, drain it well. Stir in the house seasoning and salt and continue to cook over medium heat until the peppers and onions are nice and soft. Turn the heat off and lay the slices of cheese over the top of the meat, once melted stir to combine the meat and cheese. Divide the filling amongst the tortillas and roll them up. Have a dry skillet heating over medium high heat and place the roll-ups in the skillet to toast up on all sides. Note: These do freeze very well.
