Ingredients
2, 1lb. pork tenderloins
1/4 C. tamari sauce or soy sauce (tamari is not as salty)
1 T. stone ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
Instructions
Put the tenderloins in a ziploc baggie. Whisk together the tamari, mustard and house seasoning and pour in the baggie. Seal and squish to coat the meat. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Pull the tenderloins out of the fridge 10 minutes prior to cooking.
Preheat your air fryer for 4 minutes at 400 degrees. Once preheated, place your tenderloins in the basket and cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, turning halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the meat reads 145 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing.
Oven method, roast in a 425 degree oven for 30-35 minutes making sure the meat reads 145 degrees when checked.
Enjoy!!!
